Khushpal Taunk is a trial lawyer who practices in areas of ICBC personal injury law, family law and immigration.<\/p>\n
Khushpal was born in 1966 in Punjab, India and attended Punjabi University Patiala where he graduated with his LL.B. in 1988. After graduation, Khushpal was called to the Bar of Punjab and Haryana. After practicing in India as a lawyer for almost four years, Khushpal migrated to Canada in 1992. He enrolled for the transfer program at the University of British Columbia and earned his equivalent Canadian LL.B. Following this, Khushpal articled with Beck, Robinson & Company and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2000.<\/p>\n
Khushpal\u2019s main areas of practice are personal injury law, family law and immigration law. He has successfully advocated for his clients both at British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court levels as well as the Immigration Appeal Division. He has conducted a number of personal injury trials and immigration appeals with great success. Khushpal also speaks fluent Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu and can assist clients in this regard. Outside of the office, Khushpal enjoys reading and numerous outdoor activities such as cycling, camping and hiking.<\/p>\n
